What you're buying

YassouGreece premium is a one-time purchase (3.22 CHF, localised at checkout) that unlocks the full phrase library. It is digital content delivered to your account immediately after payment. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Merchant of Record

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase may appear on your bank or card statement as "omoio.ai" or "Paddle" (our trading name), not "YassouGreece" — this is normal. Refunds are issued through Paddle.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal

For digital content, EU/EEA consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because access is unlocked immediately, at checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

When we'll refund you

We want you to be happy. If something isn't right — you were charged in error, the product doesn't work as described, or you're simply not satisfied — email us within 14 days of purchase at yassougreece2024@gmail.com and we will review and, in the cases above, arrange a refund via Paddle. Please include the email used at purchase and your Paddle receipt/order number.

How to request a refund

1. Email yassougreece2024@gmail.com with your order/receipt details, or
2. Reply to your Paddle purchase receipt, or contact Paddle buyer support directly.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).
