Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of YassouGreece (the "Service"), operated as a sole undertaking by Christos Antoniou, Müllerstrasse 35, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland, contact yassougreece2024@gmail.com. Payments are processed by Paddle and may appear on your bank or card statement as "omoio.ai" or "Paddle". By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
YassouGreece is a language-learning app offering everyday Greek phrases with audio recorded by real Greek speakers. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it; no copying, scraping, redistributing or reselling our content (phrases, audio) without permission; no unlawful use.
4. Free and premium access
A daily phrase and a starter set of phrases are free. A one-time payment of 3.22 CHF (localised to your currency at checkout) unlocks the full library. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.
5. Payments & Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record/authorised reseller. Paddle handles billing, tax and receipts; its terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction. Prices include applicable taxes where shown.
6. Refunds & withdrawal
Because premium is digital content delivered immediately, please review our Refund Policy, which also explains the EU consumer right of withdrawal and how it applies. Contact us or Paddle for any billing issue.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the Service — phrases, translations, audio recordings, design and branding — belongs to YassouGreece (or its licensors) and is protected by law. Your access is a personal, non-transferable licence for learning use only.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" for language-learning purposes. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and disputes are subject to the competent Swiss courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
